Ingredients:
June plums
Star fruit (Carambola)
Honey
Tangerine (optional)
Water

How to

Wash and peel the June Plum using a potatoe peeler . Now using a blunt knife carefully slice the June plums in small pieces. Why is that necessary? Take a look at the inside of a June Plum.

Wash the Star fruit and then cut them up in small pieces
Wash Tangerine and peel and peg the tangerine.
In a blender combined all the ingredients including the honey.

After blending you will need to get rid of the debris.  Just pour the blend into a strainer.
